This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is designed to protect the integrity, reliability and stability of the networks, systems, application, and related services of Dish Pit Staffing Co.(the “DishPitJobs Platform”) and is applicable to any user of the DishPitJobs Platform, including, but not limited to both customers and all Dishwashers (collectively, “Users”). Use of the Platform by a User must, at all times, conform to this AUP, as well as any other terms and conditions between the User and Dish Pit Staffing. By accessing or using any part of the Platform, User agrees to be bound by this AUP. Each User shall be responsible for its direct use of the Platform, as well as that of any third-party that such User has enabled to use the Platform. Dish Pit Staffing reserves the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, to modify this AUP. Dish Pit Staffing shall use commercially reasonable efforts to post notification of any such changes to this AUP on its website or through the mobile app. However, continued use of or access to the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. This AUP replaces any previous AUPs that may have been previously posted by Dish Pit Staffing regarding the subjects addressed below.

Stated more formally but no less meaningfully: Dish Pit Staffing prohibits treating individuals who use the DishPitJobs platform (to post jobs or to accept and perform them) differently based on their race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other protected status under all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
Prohibited mistreatment includes refusing to perform and refusing to allow an individual to perform a job based on any of the above characteristics as well as any other conduct that improperly takes into account any of these characteristics. Along with Dish Pit Staffings Acceptable Use Policy, this prohibition also applies to the posting of content, such as reviews or profiles, on DishPitJobs.Com. Dish Pit Staffing policies go beyond legal requirements (i.e., they prohibit misconduct far beyond what is covered by applicable laws).
Any Dish Pit Staffing or customer who believes they have been mistreated in violation of this policy should report their concerns to Dish Pit Staffing Support. Violation of this policy can lead Dish Pit Staffing to terminate your access to DishPitJobs.Com.
Dish Pit Staffing respects the privacy of our users and complies with the Video Privacy Protection Act (“VPPA”), a federal law that governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information about users’ video viewing habits.
This policy outlines our practices with respect to video viewing data.
Collection and Use of Video Viewing Data
We may collect and use video viewing data in order to provide our users with personalized recommendations and other features. This data may include information about the videos users have watched, the time and date of viewing, and other similar information.
Disclosure of Video Viewing Data
We do not disclose video viewing data to third parties, except as required by law or with the express consent of the user. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise provide video viewing data to advertisers or other third parties for the purpose of targeted advertising.
Retention and Deletion of Video Viewing Data
We retain video viewing data only for as long as necessary to provide our services to users or as required by law. We may delete or anonymize video viewing data once it is no longer necessary for these purposes.

Changes to this Policy
